ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN

 

1 ANNULERINGSBELEID
Ons annuleringsbeleid voor de pilates lessen is 4 uur voor de les. Dit betekent dat als je tussen 4 en 0 uur voor aanvang van de les annuleert, dit een Late Annulering/Afwezigheid wordt genoemd.
Als u vergeet te annuleren of als de annuleringstermijn al gesloten is op het moment van uw annulering, wordt dit beschouwd als een late annulering/afwezigheid.
Dat betekent dat deze les van je tegoed/rittenkaart wordt afgeschreven. Omdat wij met een maximaal aantal per les werken en anders een plekje voor je vrijhouden.

2 AANSPRAKELIJKHEID
HagueGym Pilates is niet aansprakelijk voor diefstal, beschadiging aan meegebrachte goederen en lichamelijk letsel.

3 RESTITUTIE VAN HET LESGELD IS NIET MOGELIJK.
Tevens kan restitutie van het lesgeld niet plaats vinden in overmachtsituaties zoals bijvoorbeeld bij: pandemieën, maatregelen van de overheid. Er zal een alternatieve oplossing worden aangeboden.

4 VAKANTIES & ZIEKTE DOCENT
Tijdens de schoolvakanties is er een aangepast lesrooster.
Houdt hier rekening mee en kijk op het lesrooster. Bij ziekte zal de docent voor vervanging zorgen. Mocht dit niet lukken dan wordt je credit terug geschreven.

5 PRIVACY VERKLARING / AVG
Bij HagueGym Pilates wordt zorgvuldig omgegaan met uw privacy.
Voor het geven van lessen, het organiseren van evenementen, het administreren van uw deelname, het informeren en het kunnen innen van verschuldigde bedragen verwerken wij gegevens over u. Deze gegevens worden persoonsgegevens genoemd. Het vastleggen en gebruik van deze persoonsgegevens is beperkt tot informatie die noodzakelijk is voor benoemde doelen. De gegevens worden beveiligd opgeslagen en de toegang daartoe is beperkt. Voor zover wij gebruik maken van leveranciers voor het voeren van een deel van onze administratie hebben wij verwerkingsovereenkomsten met deze leveranciers afgesloten, om de gegevens te beschermen. Wij delen uw gegevens Wij delen uw gegevens alleen met derden als u daar expliciet toestemming voor geven hebt, tenzij de uitwisseling verplicht is volgens de wet.

1 CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy for the pilates classes is 4 hours before class. This means if you cancel in between 4-0 hours before the class starts, it’s called a Late Cancel/Absent.
If you forget to cancel or if the cancellation window is already closed at the time of your cancellation, this is regarded as a Late Cancel/Absent.
That means that this class will be charged from your credits/rittenkaart. Because we work with a maximum number of each class and otherwise we hold a spot for you.

2 LIABILITY
HagueGym Pilates is not liable for theft, damage to goods brought along and physical injury.

3 REFUND OF THE TEACHING FEE IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Tuition fees cannot be refunded in situations of force majeure, such as: pandemics, government measures. An alternative solution will be offered.

4 VACATIONS & ILLNESS TEACHER
There is an adjusted class schedule during the school holidays.
Please take this into account and check the class schedule. In the event of illness, the teacher will provide a replacement. If this does not work, your credit will be refunded.

5 PRIVACY STATEMENT / GDPR
At HagueGym Pilates, your privacy is treated with care.
We process information about you to provide lessons, organize events, administer your participation, provide information and collect amounts owed. This data is called personal data. The recording and use of this personal data is limited to information that is necessary for stated purposes. The data is stored securely and access to it is limited. To the extent that we use suppliers to carry out part of our administration, we have concluded processing agreements with these suppliers to protect the data. We share your data We only share your data with third parties if you have given explicit permission to do so, unless the exchange is required by law.
